摘  要:对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的等通道转角挤压过程进行三维有限元模拟,分析不同的凸模下压速度对等通道转角挤压过程的影响,并结合实际的挤压过程考虑挤压后残留在模具出口通道内的残余试样对挤压下一根试样的影响。结果表明:挤压速度的提高对应力、载荷和温升的影响很大,对应变速率很敏感的钛合金应在有效细化晶粒的前提下降低挤压速度,试验中挤压速度取0.3 mm.s-1;残余试样的存在使变形更均匀,但增加了挤压下一根试样时的初始阶段的载荷。Three dimensional finite element simulation was carried out during equal channel angular pressing of Ti-6Al- 4V alloy, the effects of extrusion speed and retained sample that remained in the die export channel after ECAP on extrusion process were studied. The results show that extrusion speed deeply affects effective stress, extrusion load and temperature field. It should take low extrusion speed on the premise of effective grain refinement for Ti-6Al-4V alloy which is very sensitive to strain rate In the experiment, appropriate extrusion speed was 0.3 mm ·^- s 1. Retained sample improves the uniformity of deformation, but it causes the increase of extrusion load in the next sample extrusion stage.
