摘 要:电热镦粗成形过程中,工艺参数的选择是一个复杂的问题,各参数之间相互影响、相互制约。本文在研究电热镦粗工艺的基础上,提出了以交流伺服电机驱动代替液压驱动且关键参数完全可控的全电动CNC电镦机控制系统方案。根据电镦加工过程和工艺的要求,设计了控制系统硬件结构,开发了基于Windows平台的底层设备驱动程序和控制系统软件,并提出了相应的工艺控制策略。通过试验证明,全电动CNC电镦机控制系统是完全可行的。The determination of the process parameters of electric upsetting is a complex problem because they have effects on each other. Eligible products could be manufactured only on the condition that all the parameters could be matched with each other. Based on investigating and technical testing, the electric upsetting process was researched comprehensively. After that, a CNC electric upsetting control system was put forward, which was driven by AC servo motors instead of fluid, and the key parameters could be controlled in the process. According to electric upsetting requirement, the hardware structure of the system was designed, the device driver based on Windows and application was developed with the conception of virtual programmable logic controller, and control strategy for the CNC electrical upsetting machine was suggested. The CNC electric upsetting control system is completely feasible proved by the experiment.
