摘  要:目的:比较山里红(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.var.major N.E.Br.)叶中多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发的抑制活性。方法:以佛波豆蔻酸乙酯(PMA)为刺激剂,鲁米诺为发光剂,通过化学发光法比较山里红叶中11种主要多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发的抑制作用。结果:11种多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发表现出不同的抑制活性。黄酮类成分活性最强,其次是绿原酸,表儿茶素活性最弱。黄酮类成分既可抑制大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发,又可清除呼吸爆发后产生的自由基;而绿原酸则对呼吸爆发的抑制作用较弱,主要是直接清除呼吸爆发产生的氧自由基;表儿茶素则只能清除呼吸爆发产生的自由基,对呼吸爆发本身没有抑制作用。结论:山里红叶中多元酚类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞呼吸爆发具有明显的抑制活性,其中主要活性成分为黄酮类化合物。Aim: To compare the effects of the polyphenolic compounds from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. var. major N. E. Br. on the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils. Methods: By using phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) as the stimulant; luminol-dependent chemiluminescence was used to compare the effects of eleven main polyphenolic compounds from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida on the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils. Results: It was found that all components resulted in the different activities. Their efficacies were ranked in the decreasing order of flavonoids 〉 chlorogenic acid 〉 ( - ) -epicatechin. It was also observed that flavonoids were capable of both inhibiting the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils and scavenging the free radicals produced by the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils. Chlorogenic acid mainly scavenged the free radicals with less inhibitory effect on the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils. However, ( - ) -epicateehin only scavenged the free radicals with no inhibitory effect, Conclusion: The polyphenolic compounds from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida have remarkable inhibitory effects on the respiratory burst of rat neutrophils. And these effects are related to flavonoids, the main active components.
