摘 要:在强极性溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、非极性溶剂甲苯和辅助溶剂乙醇的三元混合溶剂体系中,采用萃取沉淀法从蒽含量(质量分数,下同)为38.78%的粗蒽中提取得到纯度〉90%的精蒽,回收率〉75%。当粗蒽:总溶剂(g:mL)在15:(25~45)之间时,得到的精蒽纯度为81.34%~94.66%,回收率为90.21%~64.53%;溶解温度在30~70℃时,得到的精蒽纯度为68.34%~94.31%,回收率为85.32%~78.24%;此外,混合溶剂中DMF的比例越高,精蒽的纯度会越高,V(DMF):V(甲苯)为4:1时,精蒽纯度达到94.73%。在V(DMF):V(甲苯)为2:1、粗蒽:总溶剂(g:mL)为15:35、溶解温度为70℃的最优条件下,可得到纯度为92;70%的精蒽,回收率为80.61%。With mixed solvent extraction and precipitation method, refined anthracene with purity of 90% and recovery of 〉75% could be obtained from crude anthracene whose mass fraction of anthracene was 38.78%,in the ternary mixtures of strong polar solvent DMF, non-polar solvent toluene and auxiliary solvent ethanol. When the proportion of crude anthracene and solvents (g : mL) changed from 15 : (25-45), the purity of refined anthracene changed from 81.34% to 94. 66%, and the recovery changed from 90.21% to 64.53%. When the temperature changed from 30℃ to 70℃, the purity of refined anthracene changed from 68.34% to 94.31%, and the recovery changed from 85.32% to 78.24 % . In addition, The higher the proportion of DMF in the mixed solvents, the higher the purity of refined anthracene. Under the optimum conditions,including volume ratio of DMF to toluene of 2 : 1 ,ratio of crude anthracene to total solvent (g : mL) of 15 : 35 and the temperature of 70℃ ,the refined anthracene was obtained with purity of 92.70% and the recovery of 80. 61%.
