摘　　要：在充分了解港口实际需求及现有系统不足的基础上,提出了远程监控系统的建设理念、功能需求、设计目标及原则。Based on full understanding to the port actual demand and the shortage of current employed system, this paper gives a configured concept, functional demand, design objective and their principle for remote monitoring system construction.
