摘 要:唐宋饮食文化有着许多显著的不同。唐代饮食文化深受游牧民族和异域风情的影响,具有鲜明的"胡化"色彩,宋代饮食文化的"胡化"色彩则大大减弱。唐代饮食文化显得豪迈粗犷,宋代饮食文化则显得细腻精致。唐代饮食文化的贵族化色彩显著,宋代饮食文化的平民化色彩突出。唐代饮食文化的发展基本上局限于自然经济的范畴,而宋代饮食文化中的商品经济因素则显著增多。There were many remarkable differences between the dietetic culture in the Tang Dynasty and it the Song Dynasty. First, the dietetic culture in Tang Dynasty was deeply influenced by nomadic and exotic cultures, so it had the distinctive feature of "Hu" nationality, while the dietetic culture in Song Dynasty greatly weakened the feature. Second, the dietetic culture in Tang Dynasty was gallant and rough, while the dietetic culture in Song Dynasty was delicate and refined. Third, the dietetic culture in "Fang Dynasty was notable for its aristocratic feature, while the dietetic culture in Song Dynasty was prominent for the feature of the common people. Lastly, the development of the dietetic culture in Tang Dynasty was largely confined to natural economy, while the factors of commercial economy sharply increased in the dietetic culture in Song Dynasty.
