舌下含服复方丹参滴丸对健康人和动脉粥样硬化患者动脉弹性功能的即刻影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸(DSP)对健康人和动脉粥样硬化患者动脉弹性功能的即刻影响。方法:将入选的76例动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为患者A组(35例)与患者B组(41例),同时设35例健康志愿者为正常组。正常组和患者B组给予复方丹参滴丸舌下含服20粒,患者A组给予复方丹参滴丸舌下含服10粒。30min后观察各组臂-脚踝动脉波传导速度(baPWV)、大动脉弹性指数(C1)、小动脉弹性指数(C2)变化。结果:正常组与患者B组给药后baP-WV、C1、C2与给药前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);患者A组给药后C2与给药前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。正常组、患者B组给药后与患者A组给药后各指标间比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);正常组给药后与患者B组给药后C2指标比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸具有即刻改善动脉弹性功能的作用,且毒副作用少,在心血管疾病中具有广泛的运用前景。Objective ：To observe the immediate effects of sublingual administration of compound Danshen dripping pills （DSP）on arterial elasticity in healthy persons and arteriosclerotic patients. Methods：76 cases of arteriosclerosis enrolled were randomized into A group （35 cases）and B group （41 cases）. Simuhaneously,a normal group was set up with 35 healthy volunteers. In normal group and B group, DSP was administered sublingnally, 20 pills. In A group, DSP was admin- istered sublingually, 10 pills. 30 rain later,the changes in brachial-angle pulse wave velocity（baPWV）,large arterial elasticity index（C1）and small arterial elasticity index（C2）were observed in each group. Results：Significant differences presented in baPWV,CI and C2 in comparison between healthy volunteer group and B group （P〈0.05）. A significant difference presented in C2 before and after medication in A group（P〈0.05）. Significant differences presented in every index in comparison among normal group, B group and A group after medication（P〈0.05）. A significant difference presented in C2 between normal group and B group after medication（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Compound Danshen dripping pills present immediate effect on improving arterial elasticity with less toxic and side effect, indicating extensive prospects in the application to cardiovascular disease.
