摘　　要：分析了汽车覆盖件拉伸模的失效原因和球墨铸铁的综合性能,认为球墨铸铁经过合金化、热处理和表面处理,完全能够用作汽车覆盖件拉伸模具,并介绍了球墨铸铁用作汽车覆盖件模具的实际使用情况。The failure reasons of automobile panel drawing die and comprehensive performances of ductile cast iron are analyzed. It is possible that ductile cast iron is made for automobile panel drawing die by alloying, heat treatment and surface treatment. Moreover the application situation of ductile cast iron as automobile panel drawing die is introduced.
