摘　　要：在《新宪政论》的启发下,文章主要围绕着为什么要发展新宪政论,什么是新宪政论,以及新宪政论与中国政治科学的关系展开论述。论文共分为五个部分:关于当代政治科学的危机的概述;从原则上说今天我们需要什么样的政治科学;"新宪政论"的基本价值预设;"新宪政论"初步探索的理论来源;"新宪政论"对于发展中国未来的政治科学的意义。Inspired by the theory of new constitutionalism, this paper will mainly discuss why it is necessary to develop new constitutionalism, what is new constitutionalism, and the relationship between new constitutionalism and the political science in China. It is divided into five parts ： The general account of the crisis of the contempo- rary political science; The description of the political science we need in principle today; The basic value presumptions for new constitutionalism; The theoretical source for the preliminary exploration of new constitutionalism ; The meaning of new constitutionalism for the development of China＇ s future political science.
