摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员配置与护理质量的相关性。方法对某医院6个临床科室的直接和间接护理工作时间进行测定,计算护理工作量和护士编制。将护理质量综合考核结果与各科室护理人员床护比进行相关性分析。结果直接护理需护士(6.53±2.23)名,间接护理需护士(5.14±1.87)名,护理人员配置与基础护理、危重病人护理质量呈正相关。结论充足的护理人员配置是提高护理质量的前提条件,是护理安全的有力保障。Objective To investigate the correlation between nurse staffing and quality of nursing. Methods The hours of direct and indirect nursing care in 6 clinical departments were measured. Then, the nursing workload and ideal nurse staffing were calculated. A correlation analysis was conducted between the general score of quality of nursing and the patient to nurse ratio. Results According to the recorded nursing hours, （6.53 ± 2.23 ） and （5. 14± 1.87 ） nurses were needed to finish direct nursing care and indirect nursing care respectively. The nurse staffing was significantly correlated with the quality of fundamental nursing and critical nursing. Conclusion Adequate nurse staffing is a key point to ensure the quality of nursing as well as nursing safety.
