摘 要:本文介绍了全数字交—交变频器低频拖动控制系统,适用于矿井提升机的减速阶段和爬行阶段。采用十六位单片机MCS-8097BH和MCS-8098BH构成双微机控制系统.研制出电源同步信号不引入控制计算机的新型数字触发电器。提出了感应电动机解耦算法下的标量控制策路,实现了系统电流、速度和转子磁链的闭环控制。A full-digital-controlled cycloconverter for low-frequency drive system used in the braking and the creeping periods of the coal mine hoisting is designed in this paper. Two sixteen bits microprocessor MCS-8097BH and MCS-8098BH are adopted to make a double-processor controlled system. A novel digital triggering circuit without inleting the synchronous signal of the power supply to the microprocessor is designed. A scalar control strategy with the decoupled control algorithm is suggested, and realised in the form of three closed loops controllers-controllers of current, speed and rotor flux, which make the low-frequency drive system operate efficiently.
