北京地区高压氧专科护理发展现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查北京地区高压氧专科护理的现状。方法以现场调查为主,信函调查、电话调查为辅,对北京地区建有高压氧舱的42所医院进行调查。内容包括:科室人员的组成、配置的床位数量、治疗范围、护士陪同危重患者进舱治疗和操控高压氧舱、护理科研等情况。结果北京地区高压氧护理从业人员十分短缺;高压氧专科治疗范围广,护理要求高;需要制定危重患者陪同进舱治疗制度;缺少专科病房;尚无独立开展的高压氧护理科研。结论应该从人才培养、规范制度、提高科研能力等方面促进北京地区高压氧专科护理的发展。Objective To investigate the current status of hyperbaric oxygen nursing in Beijing. Methods Forty - two hospitals in Bei- jing were investigated by field investigation,letter or telephone investigation. The contents of the questionnaire included personnel, quan- tity of beds, therapy scope, status of accompanied by nurse in chamber, nurses who operating chamber, nursing research and so on. Results The quantity of specialty nurses in hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Beijing is insufficient. Hyperbaric oxygen has been used to treat many kinds of diseases ,which brings higher demands to nursing. The accompany system by nurses in chambers for severe patients need to be formed. There is still no specialty ward for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and lacked of independent nursing research in the field. Conclusions h is suggested to strengthen staff training,standardize regulations and improve nurses＇ research ability to promote the development of hyperbaric oxygen nursing in Beijing.
