摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预对截肢患者情绪障碍和生活质量的影响。方法对72例截肢患者实施综合干预,并于干预前后采用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和 WHO 生活质量测定量表进行评估。结果综合干预后,截肢患者的焦虑、抑郁状态显著改善;患者生活质量总分及各维度得分均提高(P<0.05)。结论综合干预措施明显改善截肢患者的情绪障碍,提高其生活质量。Objective To examine the effect of comprehensive intervention on emotional disorder and quality of life, in patients with amputation. Methods Seventy two patients with amputation were recruited and received comprehensive intervention. Their quality of llfe and emotional disorder were assessed by Self- Rating Depression Scale （SDS） , Self- Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and WHO Quality of Life Scale （WHOQOL） before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression were reduced significantly. The total score of quality of life and domain scores were increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce the emotional disorder and improve the quality of life in patients with amputation.
