摘　　要：目的探讨门诊输液中心工作流程安全管理的方法,提高护理质量。方法设计一种在门诊应用的静脉输液记录卡,经过3个月的试用和不断改进后,2007年1月开始使用。结果有效杜绝了护理差错的发生,提高了患者的满意度。结论门诊输液记录卡的使用,明确了护士责任,增强其自我保护意识。另外,还可以作为发生医疗纠纷和投诉的依据,以便查询。Objective To explore the methods of safety management in the work flow of transfusion center in outpatient department,and thereby to improve the quality of nursing. Method An infusion card was designed and applied in the transfusion center of outpatient department from January 2007 after 3 months of trial. Results The applieation of infusion card effectively reduced nursing errors and increased patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusions The infu- sion card in outpatient department can make clear of nurses＇ responsibility,enhance their self - protection awareness and can provide legal evidence for medical disputes and patient complains.
