鼻息肉病的临床综合治疗及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手术结合糖皮质激素综合治疗鼻息肉病的疗效。方法治疗组40例鼻息肉病患者行鼻内窥镜手术结合围手术期糖皮质激素综合治疗,对照组32例未应用糖皮质激素治疗,并观察术后疗效。结果治疗组:治愈33例(82.5%),有效4例(10%),无效3例(7.5%),有效率92.5%。对照组:治愈13例(40.6%),有效8例(25%),无效11例(34.4%),有效率65.6%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对鼻息肉患者采用手术结合围手术期糖皮质激素综合治疗能够得到较好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic and corticosteroids therapy in the treatment of patients with nasal polyposis.Methods 40 cases with nasal polyposis accepted endoscopic surgery and corticosteroids around operation（composite therapy group）.32 cases accepted endoscopic surgery only（control group）.The patients were followed up by endoscopy more than 12 months.Results The symptoms were significantly improved after the treatment in the composite therapy group.The effective rates in two groups were respectively 92.5%and 66.5%.There were significantly differences in two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Composite therapy of endoscopic and corticosteroids is effective in the treatment of nasal polyposis.A reasonable regular following-up by endoscopy,a suitable and prompt postoperative treatment are indispensable to improve the effect of treatment.
