痔上黏膜环形切除术加硬化剂注射术治疗环状混合痔38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的为了探讨使用吻合器行痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)加硬化剂注射术治疗环状混合痔的治疗方法及疗效。方法采用上述方法治疗混合痔38例。结果痔上黏膜环形切除术加硬化剂注射术治疗混合痔具有手术时间短、患者痛苦小、并发症少,康复快、复发率低等优点,有效率100%。结论PPH及硬化剂注射治疗环状混合等具有较好疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic approach and curative effects of circular mixed hemorrhoids with PPH plus Sclerosing Agent Injection.Methods 38 cases were cured by this method from march 2005 to May 2007.Results PPH plus sclerosing agent injection are prominent and this new procedure is simple in operation,less in pain and complications,quicker in recovery and it has a lower recurrence rate.Conclusion PPH plus sclerosing agent in jection is better efficacy,and with should be promoted.
