影响未婚人工流产者心理健康状况的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨未婚人工流产者心理健康状况。方法随机抽取2006年9月至2007年3月间来源于大连市第二、第三、第五人民医院和中心医院的人工流产者共89例,分为未婚组和已婚组(n=33,n=56)。应用一般情况调查表、明尼苏达多相个性测查表(MMPI)、父母教养方式评价、领悟社会支持、特质应对方式问卷、症状自评定量表(SCL-90)。结果①未婚人工流产者存在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖情绪,依次为(t1=2.19±0.68,t2=1.84±0.67,t3=1.88±0.53,t4=1.78±0.69,t5=1.64±0.34,P<0.05);②未婚人工流产者社会责任感低于已婚人工流产者(t=40.47±16.14,P<0.05);③未婚人工流产者心理健康受到SI、MAS、DY、DO、RE、年龄、初次怀孕年龄、初恋年龄、NC、PC、家庭内支持及父母教养方式等方面的影响(P<0.05)。结论未婚人工流产者心理健康状况差,缺乏社会责任感。心理健康状况受自身的人格、年龄、初次怀孕年龄、初恋年龄、对事件的应对方式、领悟家庭内支持、父母教养方式影响。Objective To explore some psychological correlative factor of unmarried patients induced abortion. Methods 89 patients induced abortion are from obstetrical department of the second, third, fifth and center people hospital in Dalian. Objects are divided into two groups, that are the married （n =56 ）and the unmarried（ n = 33 ）. All patients have used Self-constructed general investigation questionnaire, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（ MMPI）, egma minnenav bardndosnauppforstran （ EMBU）, Perceived Social Support Scale （ PSSS）, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （ TCSQ ） and Symptom check list-90 （ SCL-90 ）. Results Un-married group has mood of somatization, depressed, anxiety, phobia and hostility（ t1 = 2. 19 ± 0. 68, t2 = 1.84 ± 0. 67,t3 = 1.88 ± 0. 53, t4 = 1.78± 0. 69, t5 = 1.64 ± 0. 34, P 〈 0. 05 ）. 2.Un-married group is lower than married group about social responsibility （t = 40. 47 ± 16. 14, P 〈 0.05 ）. 3. Psychology of unmarried patients induced abortion that is affected by SI, MAS, DY, DO, RE, NC, PC, patient age, first pregnant age, first love age, to comprehend family supports and parents education style （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The unmarried group has worse psychological health state, and lack social responsibility. Psychological health state is impacted by serf-personality, age, first pregnant age, first love age, to comprehend family supports and patients education style.
