摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国社会经济文化发展进入一种新局面。在新的社会背景下,高等教育改革势在必行。该文回顾了高等教育体制改革的历程,重点对宏观管理、投资及办学体制改革过程中取得的成就及出现的问题进行了梳理与分析,最后对高等教育的发展趋势作了展望。Since the reform and opening up policy, China＇ s development has entered a new situation. Under the new social conditions, higher education reform is imperative. This paper involves recalling of its reform processes and centers on organizing and analyzing its management, investment, achievements and existing problems in the last 30 years, at the end of the paper bear a good expectation to the future development of higher education in China.
