促进河北省大学毕业生充分就业的策略

摘　　要：目前河北省人才发展还不够充分,人才综合实力、竞争力相对较弱,结构优化度低,分布不合理,创新型科技人才队伍薄弱,重点领域人才支撑力不够强,人才浪费与短缺并存。如何解决我省人才发展现状,既增强人才综合实力,又有效地促进毕业生充分就业是当前的人才战略问题。解决毕业生就业问题是一项系统工程,需要政府管理部门、社会、高校和毕业生本人的共同努力。通过政府发挥宏观调控作用,用人单位完善用人机制,高等教育进一步深化改革,适应市场经济发展对人才的需求,引导毕业生树立正确就业观念等措施促进大学毕业生充分就业。At present, the talent development in Hebei is insufficient. There exist problems of low competence, unreasonable talent team structure and distribution. The innovative talent team is relatively weak, and the talents in priority field are insufficient, talent waste and talent shortage are employment is a strategic issue in Hebei. Resolving joint efforts of government, society, universities and coexisted. How to resolve above problems and strengthen graduate graduate employment issue is a system engineering for which need a graduate The government can play the role of macro-control, employers should perfect employment mechanism, higher education should deepen the education reform to adapt the need that market economy develops and guide graduate to establish correct mentality about employment so as to promote university graduate employment.
