摘 要:蛇形扁平管换热器在空冷电站的应用上取得了很好的效果,为进一步提高空冷电站凝汽器的冷凝效率,优化扁平管翅片的物理结构,建立蛇形翅片扁平管换热器及直翅片扁平管换热器通道的三维物理数学模型,利用FLUENT软件进行数值计算。通过对对流换热系数、流动损失、散热量、换热面表面平均温度的对比分析,结果表明:蛇形翅片扁平管翅片的物理结构存在进一步优化空间的可能性,直翅片扁平管具有更优越的冷凝效率,模拟结果为直接空冷凝汽器的设计和优化改造提供科学依据。The wave-fin flat tube condenser is well applied in direct-cooled power plants. In order to improve the efficiency of direct-cooled condenser and optimize the physical structure of fiat tube fin, 3 D physios-mathematies model was established and the numerical analysis was performed by Fluent solver. By comparing convection heat transfer coefficient, flow expense, heat dissipating capacity, and the average temperature of heat surface, the result indicated that the fin structure of fiat wave-finned tube could be further optimized and the fiat vertical-finned tube is more efficient in condensation. The simulating result provided a soientifie basis for designing and optimizing of direct air cooled condenser.
