新型阻燃片状模塑料的制备及其性能研究

摘　　要：合成了一种5.1.8结晶相(5Mg(OH)2.MgCl2.8H2O)含量高的氯氧镁结晶复盐。该结晶复盐具其独特的镁质碱式结晶水结构,有较好的阻燃功效,而且制作简单、价格低廉。研究了其对片状模塑料阻燃性能及热性能的影响。结果表明,氯氧镁结晶复盐添加量为树脂的40%时,模塑料的综合性能最好,氧指数可达到35.6,UL-94燃烧等级为V-0。A kind of Magnesium oxychloride crystal salt（SMg（OH）2 · MgCl2 · 8H2O） was synthesized in this paper. Due to its special structure of crystalline water, Magnesium oxychloride crystal salt has good flame-retardance, excellent heat stability, nice physical and chemical properties. Effect of the content of Magnesium oxychloride crystal salt on flame-retardance and heat stability properties of sheet molding compounds was studied in this article. Results showed that when the content of Magnesium oxychloride crystal salt in resin paste was 40%, the LOI of the sheet molding compounds increased to 35.6 and UL-94 reached V-0 grade.
