摘  要:论文研究了芽孢杆菌属微生物(Bacillus sp.)B1菌对偶氮染料酸性红B(Acid Red B,ARB)的脱色能力。在最佳脱色条件下,通过对比底物ARB诱导,考察不同磁场(HMF)条件(1.00T、5.00T、10.0T)诱导下菌株对偶氮染料降解能力的变化情况,结果显示磁场作用效果与ARB诱导的效果相似:诱导均能缩短B1菌的适应期的时间,增强其脱色能力,且磁场诱导更具有无生物毒性的优越性。为探求磁场生物效应,利用数理统计方法分析各因素的显著性影响,确定磁场诱导对ARB脱色能力的主要影响因素为磁场强度;磁场强度为10.0T,作用时间为20min,菌液量为50mL,磁场对菌株的生物效应最为显著。The paper has studied the decolorization ability of Bacillus sp. B1 on azo dyes Acid Red B (ARB). With reference to substrate induction, the decolorization ability of the strain induced in different high magnetic field (HMF,1.00 T,5.00 T, 10.0 T) could be improved under the optimum decolorizing condition. It indicated that the strains deeolorizing style was similar as those organism induced by the dye. Although both inductions shorten B1 adaption time and enhanced decolorization ability, HMF induction has the more special predominance with no bio-toxieity. To investigate the bioeffect of HMF on B 1, the orthogonal experiment was designed. The essential effect of experiment conditions was found to be magnetic field intensity.The bioeffeet of HMF is most remarkable when the magnetic field intensity is 10.0 T, the time is 20 rain and the volume is 50 mL.
