摘　　要：基于半速率技术原理,提出了一种新的 GSM 网络资源调整算法。当网络中话务模型发生变化的时候,根据现网话务量、拥塞情况等,对网络中的栽波硬件、半速率配置实施动态调整策略,并对话音信道和信令信道进行均衡调整。实验结果表明,使用本文提出的资源优化调整算法,可以在时变网络环境下,有效地提高网络资源的利用率,保证用户的服务质量。Based on half rate speech, a novel resource adjustment strategy was presented in this paper. When the network tratiic model is changed, we need to implement the dynamic adjustment strategy on the configuration of carrier wave and half rate carrier p wave, the resource tradeoffbetween the speech channel and the signal channel. Simulation results show that the dynamic resource adjustment strategy can improve the resource utilization rate and guarantee the QoS over variable network conditions. Furthermore, the proposed strategy has been used in practice.
