摘 要:用单根纤维长度测量法测量了椰壳纤维的长度,用计算机模拟了椰壳纤维的排列分布状况,采用扫描电子显微镜观察碱处理前后椰壳纤维的形态变化,并通过试验测定经不同浓度碱溶液处理后椰壳纤维的细度,研究了碱处理对椰壳纤维的影响。结果表明:碱处理使得纤维表面角质层被除去,形成很多清晰的孔隙和凹坑;纤维变细,有利于提高纤维在复合材料中与聚合物基质的界面黏合。The coconut fiber length was measured by means of a single fiber length measuring method and a computer simulation for coconut fiber distribution was developed. In this paper are analyzed the structure change of coconut fiber before and after the alkali treatment by SEM (scanning electron microscope). The fineness of the coconut fiber after alkali treatment of different alkali concentration was tested to study the influence of alkali treatment on coconut fiber. The research shows that : fiber surface cuticle has been removed with a lot of clear pores and pits appeared and the fiber became finer, which improves the adhesion with the matrix when used as the reinforcement in the composites.
