摘　　要：利用Coolmax的特殊吸湿透气性能、Amicor纤维良好的抗菌功能、丝光毛和羊绒的舒适特性,进行不同的比例搭配开发夏季用低比例羊绒纱线。采用半精纺成纱技术,并对紧密纺纱工艺参数如凝聚胶圈孔径、异形槽负压、捻度、锭速、钢丝圈和钢领等进行优化设计,纺制出了凉爽透气、羊绒感强、抗菌、光洁的CoolMax/Amicor/丝光毛/羊绒功能性夏季羊绒纱线,由其织成的针织面料填补了夏季羊绒产品的空白。By use of the special moisture absorption character of Coolmax fiber, the good anti - bacterial property of Amicor fiber and the luxury and comfortability of mercerized wool and cashmere, summer use low - ratio cashmere yarn of different blended ratio is developed. And semi - worsted spinning technology has been adopted with the compact spinning parameters such as aperture diameter of condensing loop, negative pressure of condensing groove, twist, spindle speed, ring and traveler optimized in developing summer use cashmere functional yarn made of CoolMax/Amicor/mercerized wool/cashmer characteristic of cool property, good permeability, anti - bacterial and smooth. The knitted fabric made of this type of yarn filled up the summer cashmere product blank.
