摘　　要：从分析山羊绒和羊毛纤维的组织结构和性能出发,总结了染色法、溶液鉴别法、光学投影显微镜法、扫描电子显微镜法、计算机图形分析法、生物芯片法等鉴别羊绒与羊毛纤维的方法。认为计算机图像法能反映羊绒的鳞片结构特征参数,是较为理想的检测方法。From the analysis of the structure and property of cashmere and wool fibers, this paper summed up the identification methods of cashmere and wool fibers by use of dyeing, solution identification, projection optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, computer graphic analysis and biochips. It holds that the method by use of computer images is the best detection method because it can reflect the parameters characteristic of cashmere scales structure.
