江苏省化工企业应急救援现状分析

摘　　要：编制完备的应急预案,科学地开展应急救援,是化工企业安全管理的一项重要基础工作,能极大地降低企业化工事故的危害性,减少人员伤亡和财产损失。针对江苏省化工企业的特点,调查其应急救援状况和应急预案编制现状,从多个角度分析和阐述企业应急救援方面存在的问题,以期提高江苏省化工企业的应急救援能力,有利于地方政府应急救援体系的建设。It is an important and basic duty for chemical enterprises to draw up emergency response protocol and carry out emergency response in front of chemical accidents, which is the foundation of work safety. It is of great significance in improving the capability of emergency response, controlling accidental disaster, and safeguarding the people＇s lives. Characters of chemical enterprises in Jiangsu province were considered when collecting information of their emergency response and emergency response protocol, the problems existing in their current emergency management were analyzed and illustrated from several aspects. It was expected to improve the emergency response capability of chemical enterprises and benefit the foundation of emergency response structure for local government.
