摘　　要：为了了解现有安全评价人员的专业能力状况,对安全评价管理数据库中17637名安全评价人员的有关信息和207家安全评价机构调研结果进行了统计分析。分析结果表明:各地区的安全评价人员数量分布不均衡,且总数还应增加;从整体上看,虽然安全评价人员的学历、职称较高,但大多数安全评价人员存在专业技术水平低、经验不足的问题。建议在现有安全评价人员考试的基础上,增加现场能力考核。In order to understand the specialty capacity of safety assessment personnel, We conducted a general statistics and analysis about the related information of those 17637 personnel in the management database of safety assessment and about the results of survey to 207 safety assessment agencies. Statistics show that： number of safety assessment personnel are unbalanced and that number should be increased; As a whole, although these personnel are highly educated, high-Title, most of them lack of professional and technical skills and have low experience. I make a recommendation that we must increase the examination of the ability about scene.
