摘 要:在科学和商业上对低表面张力的水性表面活性剂的兴趣越来越大。传统有机表面活性剂降低水的表面张力的性能已经被有机硅表面活性剂和氟炭表面活性剂这两大类材料所超越.前者通常是基于甲基硅氧烷。能使水的表面张力达到20~21mN/m:后者可以把水的表面张力减少到20mN/m以下,行报道可低到13mN/m。近来还报道了含支链型三硅氧烷憎水基团,(Me3SiO)2MeSi-,聚氧乙烷或亲水的两性离子的甲基硅氧烷表面活性剂。New fluorosilicone surfactants have been prepared. The focus has been on branched disiloxane and trisiloxane hydrophobes having 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl and 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-nonafluorohexyl radicals with poly( oxyethylene) hydrophiles. Their performance as aqueous surfactants was evaluated and compared to conventional methylsiloxane surfactants of similar structure. Critical micelle concentrations and equilibrium and dynamic aqueous surface tensions were measured. The behavior parallels that of the related fluorosilicone polymers in the liquid rather than in the solid state. The trifluoropropyl surfactants are less effective at lowering equilibrium aqueous surface tension, while the nonafluorohexyl surfactants have similar effectiveness to the methyl surfactants. Wettability tests were also carried out on polyethylene films. The wetting power generally correlated with equilibrium surface tension lowering ability.
