摘　　要：【目的】研究海藻糖(TH)和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)单独或配合使用对牛精液冷冻效果的影响。【方法】向种公牛精液商业稀释液中添加不同浓度的TH(0,0.000 37,0.025和0.05 mol/L)和BSA(0,1,2,3 g/L),TH和BSA的4个添加水平分别两两组合,组成16个处理,以其中二者添加水平均为0作为对照,制作0.25 mL细管冻精,解冻(40℃,10 s)后比较分析精子活率、顶体完整率和质膜完整性3个指标。【结果】单独添加TH、BSA及其互作对牛精液的冷冻效果与对照组相比达到显著水平。与对照组相比,单独添加不同水平的TH或BSA对冻后牛精子活率和质膜完整率均有明显影响(P<0.05),但对顶体完整率均影响不大(P>0.05),TH适宜的单独添加量为0.025mol/L,BSA为1 g/L;两者的交互作用对冻后牛精子活率、顶体完整率和质膜完整率均有明显影响(P<0.05),TH0.000 37 mol/L×BSA 2 g/L为较适宜的添加量。【结论】单独添加TH和BSA,均能对冻后精子品质产生明显影响;各TH×BSA组表现出显著的互作效应,其中以TH 0.000 37 mol/L×BSA 2 g/L的添加效果最好。【Objective】 The research was to study effects of trehalose and BSA on bull sperm cryopreservation.【Method】 Trehalose and bovine serum albumin were added into commercial sperm extender according to TH（0,0.000 37,0.025,0.05 mol/L）×BSA（0,1,2,3 g/L） content respectively.Samples were frozen in 0.25 mL straws.The frozen straws were thawed by immersing the straws in a water bath at 40 ℃ for 10 s.Sperm mortality,acrosome integrity and membrane integrity were analyzed and compared.【Result】 The addition of trehalose or bovine serum albumin of different levels alone can offer better（P〈0.05）cryopreservation effect on frozen-thawed bull sperm mortality and membrane integrity when there were no obvious improvement（P〉0.05） on sperm acrosome integrity and their best concentration was 0.025 mol/L and 1 g/L respectively.The treatment TH（0.000 37 mol/L）×BSA（2 g/L） is the best one in sixteen groups.【Conclusion】 Trehalose and bovine serum albumin can significantly improve（P〈0.05）the quality of frozen-thawed bull semen.The interaction effects of trehalose and bovine serum albumin on cryopreserved bull sperm was observed.The treatment TH（0.000 37 mol/L）×BSA（2 g/L） is the best one.
