摘 要:【目的】在传统水提取枸杞多糖(LBP)工艺的基础上,寻求更优的提取枸杞多糖的方法。【方法】以宁夏枸杞为原料,分析了浸提温度、浸提液pH、液料比和提取时间对LBP得率的影响,并在此基础上进行了正交试验。以LBP得率为衡量指标,优选出碱液提取LBP的工艺条件,分析了碱液提取工艺较传统水提工艺的优越性。【结果】碱液提取LBP的最佳工艺条件是:枸杞粉与浸提液的液料比为70∶1,pH为10,温度65℃,浸提时间3.5 h;各因素影响碱液提取LBP得率的主次因素依次为:浸提温度>浸提液pH>液料比>浸提时间。【结论】得到了碱液提取LBP的最佳提取工艺,该工艺下LBP得率可达7.46%,比传统水提工艺提高了1.59%。【Objective】 The study was done to search for a new advanced method used for extracting Lycium barbarum polysaccharids(abbreviaton is LBP) on the basis of the traditional water extraction technology.【Method】 Single-factor and orthogonal experiments were adopted to establish the optimal conditions for the extraction of LBP from Ningxia wolfberry.The yield of LBP was regarded as index,the optimum technology parameters finally were gotten,and the superiority of alkaline solution extraction technology to traditional water extraction technology was analyzed.【Result】 The optimum alkaline solution extraction process conditions was as follows:under the ratio liquid to solid 70∶1,pH 10,at 65 ℃,extracted in soakage for 3.5 hours.The sequence of factors that worked on the yield of LBP were as below:extracted temperature〉pH〉the ratio of liquid to solid〉extracted time.【Conclusion】 The optimal alkaline solution extraction conditions were determined.On the conditions the yield of extraction was 7.46%,1.59% more than that of traditional water extraction technology.
