息肿胶囊治疗心性水肿50例疗效报告

摘　　要：将92例心性水肿患者随机分为两组．其中50例用息肿胶囊治疗，42例以双氢克尿塞对照．结果：两组患者治疗后尿量均显著增加．而息肿胶囊的作用更持久，对水肿的总有效率治疗组92％、对照组85．7％，两组无显著性差异。改善心功能的总有效率治疗组90％,对照组73.8％（P＜0.05）,同时息肿胶囊基本不引起血液电解质紊乱。表明息肿胶囊疗效可靠．不良反应轻微。90 patients with cardiac edema were randomly assigned to either Xi Zong Capsule or hydrochlorothiazide treatment for 10 days. Salisfatory results were manefested in both grarps. Total effectivc rate for edema were 92% and 85. 7 % respeclively (P>0. 05). But the effect of Xi Zong Capsule was superior to that of hydrochlor thiazide in improvment cardiae function (total effective rate90% vs 73. 8%. P＜0. 05). It was also found the side effect of Xi Zong Capsulc, such as causinghypokalemia, hypomagnesmia, etc. were lower than that of hydrochlorothiazide. Our data revealsthat Xi Zong Capsule is an effective and safe remedy for treating cardiac cdema.
