摘 要:采用48只NewZealand长耳大白兔.手术造成双侧桡骨中段3mm缺损的标准骨折模型.一例用生骨灵电离子送入治疗,另一侧用蒸馏水电离子透入治疗作为对照。造模动物分9天,18天,27天,36天共4批处死,取下标本作生物力学检测,测量骨折愈合抗拉强度值6bmax(mpa),抗冲击强度值αk(J/mm)和抗剪强度值max(mpa),结果显示.生骨灵电离子送入治疗侧的抗拉,抗剪和抗冲击强度明显优于对照侧。说明生骨灵电离子透入疗法有明显的促进骨折愈合的作用。48 healthy New Zealand white rabbits (1. 5-2. 0kg) were used in this experiment. By local anesthesia. a standardized fracture with a 3mm defect in radius of both sides was produced. One side was treated with Sheng Gu Ling iontophoresis, the other side was treated with distilled water iontophoresis. The rabbits died 9, 18, 27 or 36 days after the surgery respectively. Biomechanical test shows that the fracture union's pulling strength 6 bmax (mpa ), stamping strength aK(J/mm ) &bending strength max(mpa) of the Sheng Gu Ling iontophoresis side are higher than that of the con trol side. It proves experimentally that Sheng Gu Ling iontophoreisis can obviously promote fracture u nion.
