胶原贴敷料在太田痣激光治疗后的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胶原贴敷料在太田痣激光治疗后的修复作用。方法观察组35例太田痣患者激光治疗后局部敷贴胶原贴敷料，1次／d，连续7次。对照组33例激光治疗后让其自然恢复。观察其术后渗出、水肿及痂皮脱落时间，患者满意度。结果与对照组相比，太田痣激光治疗后使用胶原贴敷料进行护理，其轻微损伤的创面在较短时间内得到恢复，不良反应少，患者满意。经统计学分析，t检验P〈0．05差异有统计学意义。结论胶原贴敷料在太田痣激光治疗后应用，可以消肿，减少渗出，对创伤的愈合有强的促进作用，患者满意度高，值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the rehabilitative effects of the moist collagen dressing on postoperative nursing of laser in patients with nevus of ota. Methods 68 patients with nevus of ota were divided into two groups randomly. After laser treating, a group with 35 patients received daily local appliance the moist collagen dressing for 7 days ; but the other group did not. The duration of wound recovery, the incidence of side effects and patients＇ satisfaction were evaluated. Results The healing of post laser treatment is substantially accelerated, side effects and discomfort is reduced. The statistic analysis showed there was a prominent difference between the two means （ T test, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Moist collagen dressing can be used postoperative nursing of laser in patients of nevus of ota. It is worthwhile for popularization and application.
