摘　　要：十一届三中全会以来,党中央根据世情、国情、党情发生的重大变化,根据党所处的新的历史方位和肩负的新的历史任务,对建设一个什么样的党的认识不断深化,形成了内容上既有直接联系,又有明显不同的三个阶段。对建设一个什么样的党认识上的与时俱进,是我们党新时期理论创新的一个重要方面,对全面推进党的建设具有重要的指导作用。According to the developments and changes in the global, national and intra-party conditions, and in order to keep up with the new historical orientation and historical tasks, the central Committee has boosted its understanding of what kind of party to build in three different phases since the CPC Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. The contents of the three phases are closely related but there＇s obviously difference between one another. To deepen the understanding of what kind of party to build with the times going, which is an important aspect in the Party＇s theoretical innovation of the new period, exerts a significantly directive function on the overall construction of the CPC .
