摘 要:根据成型阴极脉冲电化学齿轮表面光整加工原理,设计了工装和分度数控系统。针对该系统的特点进行了误差分析,提出误差补偿措施。在此控制系统和优化的工艺参数下,采用宽度为5mml的工具阴极,可在5min内把模数3、齿数33、齿宽15mm和齿面硬度HRC50-HRC55的直齿轮齿面粗糙度Ra值从1.6μm降至0.1μm以下,齿面的表面反射率p(λ)由30%提高到80%~90%。Based on the principle of gear's pulse electrochemical finishing (PECF) technology by shaped electredes, a jig and control system based on the numerical control technology for controlling gear dividing device is developed. Error of the jig and control system is analyzed and corresponding compensatory method is put forward. Un- der the optimized parameters, a mirror-like surface of gear teeth with 3mm in module, 33 in number of teeth, 15mm in width of teeth and HRC50 - HRC55 in hardness of teeth surface can be gained by PECF and the surface roughness value can be reduced from more than Ra 1.6μm to less than Ra 0. 1 μm, and surface reflectivity value can be increased from less than 30% to more than 80% - 90% within 5 minutes. The results show that the PECF by numerical control can greatly and quickly reduce surface roughness values and improve the surface quality in the finished special gears with hard tools face.
