住院处方请领与处方发药系统的研究

摘　　要：目的:实现"军卫一号"医院信息系统中病区住院处方请领信息的自动生成,完成病区药柜及中心摆药室对住院处方请领信息的自动发放。方法:设计住院处方请领信息生成系统及对应的病区药柜及中心摆药室处方发药系统的方案,根据国家卫生部2007年颁布的《处方管理办法》的要求,完善对住院处方药品的申请与发放的自动处理。结果:从运行的结果表明,在多家军队医院和武警医院的应用达到了设计要求。结论:该系统不但严格了对药品的控制和管理,而且减轻了病区药柜及中心摆药室的工作量,提高了工作效率。Objective To study and establish the automatic resident prescription system and automatic dispensing system in Center Drug Store based on NO.1 Military Project. Methods According to the Prescription Administrative Policy （2007, Chinese Ministry of Health）, automatic system was designed to link each drug store of different departments to the center drug store, Results It is proved that the design is appropriate according to the application of this system in many military hospitals. Conclusion The system not only gives a good administration of drug, but also decreases the work load and increase work efficiency of center drug store.
