摘　　要：受项目具体条件以及业主和承包商等因素的影响,各种项目承发包模式在实际的运用中各有利弊。为了对工程建设项目的承发包模式进行合理的选择,在借鉴国内外有关研究成果的基础上,提出了运用传统的层次分析方法来实现适宜的项目承发包模式选择,强调了层次分析法有效使用的关键,即:必须建立适宜的层次分析指标体系以及各层次指标因素权重确定的原则。以此作为研究重点,能够有效地运用层次分析法实现工程建设项目承发包模式的优选决策。Influenced by the specific conditions of the project and the characteristics of owners and constructors, various kinds of project delivery systems have their own advantages and disadvantages in the practical construction. Based on the former research at home and abroad, using Analytical Hierarchy Process（AHP） to select the appropriate project delivery sys- tem is put forward. The pivotal factors of applying AHP effectively are analyzed in detail. That is to say, the appropriate as- sessment indexes systems and the principles which can decide the important weights of indexes must be established. Thus, AHP method can be used effectively for selecting a delivery system, which is most suitable for the project.
