摘  要:提出一种新型的自呼吸式膜电极组件(MEA)结构,将用作阴极集流体的薄金属拉伸网直接嵌入阴极催化层中。电化学阻抗分析表明,新型MEA比传统MEA的欧姆电阻和扩散阻抗更小。新型MEA的最大功率密度可达9.6 mW/cm2(电池温度为25℃),比传统MEA提高了10.3%。长时间40 mA/cm2恒流测试表明,新型MEA有增强的氧传输速率和较好的水管理能力,因此电压衰减速率较小。A novel air-breathing membrane electrode assembly (MEA) ,in which a thin expanded metal mesh used as the cathode current conector was directly embedded in the cathode catalyst layer was proposed. The electrochemical impedance analysis showed that the ohmic resistance and mass transfer resistance of novel MEA was lower than that of the conventional one. The highest power density of novel M EA was 9.6 mW/cm^2 (cell temperature was 25℃ ), increased by 10.3 % compared with conventional one. The long-term 40 mA/cm^2 galvanostatic test showed that the voltage decaying rate of novel MEA was lower than that of conventional one since the novel MEA had enhanced oxygen transport rate and better water management ability.
