摘  要:设计了两种不同的流道结构,考察了在平流和穿流情况下,电解液流动状态对全钒液流电池(VRB)性能的影响。改变电解液的循环流量,考察了活性物质的供应量和流动状态对充放电电压的影响。穿流结构的流道可增加电极的有效面积,改善电解液流动的均匀性,提高能量效率1.5%-5.0%。电解液流动状态对能量效率的影响约在1.5%以内,弱于流动方式和流道结构的影响。Two kinds of flow channel were designed and the influence of electrolyte flow state on the performance of all vanadium redox flow battery (VRB) was investigated. The influence of active material amount and flow state to the charge/discharge voltages was investigated by changing the cycle flow rate of the electrolyte. The flow-through pattern increased the electrode effective area and uniformity of electrolyte flow, increased 1.5 % - 5 % of the energy efficiency. Electrolyte flow state influenced the energy efficiency within 1.5 %, being weaker than the influence of flow pattern and channel structure.
