摘  要:为提高煤矿电机车用阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池循环使用寿命,阐述了板栅结构优化、调整铅膏添加剂、极板高温固化、极组紧装配、电解液灌注和阶段充电法的设计与生产工艺。实车运行的结果表明:制造的D385KT(C5)电池的循环使用寿命比普通VRLA电池提高两倍以上。In order to improve the cycle life of valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries for coal mine locomotive, the designs and producing process of improving the grid structure, adjusting lead paste additives, the plate curing at high temperature, assembling tightly, the electrolyte pouring and the step charge were discussed. The results of operating showed that the cycle life of the D385KT (C5) battery would be two times longer than the common VRLA battery.
