摘 要:通过水培实验研究了铜钾复合和铜单一处理分别对三叶草种子萌发活力和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在本实验条件下,0.076%的钾能明显提高铜胁迫下的三叶草种子萌发率,并能促进幼苗的生长,使其生物量、光合色素含量显著增加,同时幼苗叶片细胞膜透性极显著下降.揭示了营养元素钾对三叶草的铜毒害有缓解作用,为三叶草的进一步开发和利用提供实验参考依据.从植物修复角度来说,利用增钾手段提高耐性植物三叶草生物量并增加其抗性具有重要的应用价值.A solution-culture experiment was carried out to explore effects of Cu and Kalium compound and Cu sole processing separately on the germination vigor and seedling growth of the Trifolium pratense. The results showed that under the condition of this experiment, K with 0. 076 % concentration could increase significantly burgeoning rate of the Trifolium pratense seed intimidated with Cu, promoted seedling growth, including the biomass and photosynthetic pigments content. At the same time, the cell membrane permeability of seedling leaves is very remarkably reduced. It indicates that the nutrition element K could mitigate the toxicity of Cu. This is particularly important referrence proof about experiment of more exploiting fully the Trifolium pratense. With the respect to phytoremediation, the application of K at appropriate rates may be a useful approach to enhance the biomass and fastness of Trifolium pratense with Cu contaminated.
