摘 要:从结晶器施加电脉冲的输入能量、电脉冲频率、钢液过热度角度,探讨电脉冲技术提高铸坯等轴晶率的效果。在攀钢1^#板坯连铸结晶器内,开展了电脉冲技术提高铸坯等轴晶率的工业试验。结果表明,在拉速、浇注断面、钢液过热度、结晶器冷却制度和二冷制度完全相同条件下,结晶器施加电脉冲与不施加电脉冲相比,平均提高铸坯等轴晶15%,最佳效果达到48%。The improvement of slab equiaxed crystal ratio by electric pulse on liquid steel in continuous casting mould of Panzhihua steel No. 1 slab was studied. The improvement of slab equiaxed crystal ratio was analyzed according to energy consumption per ton steel by electric pulse on liquid steel in continuous casting mould. The slab equiaxed crystal ratio was heightened up to 48% at most, average to 15% with electric pulse than without electric pulse while the speed, cast, superheat, mould cooling regime and second cooling regime were in the same conditions.
