摘 要:采用可溶性阳极电刷镀技术制备纳米晶Ni-Fe合金和纳米晶Ni镀层,研究纳米晶刷镀层的组织结构和热稳定性。结果表明:使用可溶性阳极电刷镀技术可以制备典型的纳米晶结构镀层;纳米晶Ni-Fe合金镀层具有比纳米晶Ni镀层更为优越的热稳定性;纳米晶合金刷镀层的热稳定性与其织构、合金元素对晶界迁移的阻碍作用以及晶粒的尺寸分布有关。Nanocrystalline nickel and Ni-Fe alloy coatings were synthesized by brush plating using soluble anode.The microstructure and thermal stability of nanocrystalline nickel and Ni-Fe alloy coatings were investigated,and the effects of the factors influencing thermal stability of the brush plated nanocrystalline alloys was analysed.The experimental results indicate that the structure of nanocrystalline Ni-Fe alloy is much more stable than nanocrystalline nickel under different annealing temperature due to the effect of adding alloying element.The thermal stability of brush plated nanocrystalline alloys is closely related to their crystallographic texture,the impeding effect of adding alloying element on the movement of grain boundary,and grain size distribution.
