摘　　要：回顾近15年有关针刺捻转补泻手法的理论、临床与实验研究,就捻转补泻的操作方法、机制及其效应做简要概述,并指出目前研究有待进一步完善的几个方面:规范并制定针刺操作的国家标准势在必行,针刺操作的量化参数、捻转补泻的作用机制等仍需进一步研究。the theories and clinical and experimental studies about reinforcing-reducing manipulation of twirling-rotating the needle in recent 15 years are reviewed and a brief account of manipulation methods,mechanisms and effects of reinforcing-reducing manipulation of twirling-rotating the needle is given,and it is indicated that the following several aspects in the studies at present need to be completed.Standardization and establishment of national standard of acupuncture manipulation must be enforced;quantitative parameters of acupuncture manipulation and mechanisms of acupuncture reinforcing-reducing of twirling-rotating the needle need to be further studied.
