摘　　要：本文探讨了与具体环境无关的分布式模型管理系统的任务、功能层次。Based on the research of decision-making of modern organizations which have the characteristics of functional specialization, decentralized organization structures and employment of a communication network linking its different components together, this paper puts forward the demands, functions, and architecture of Distributed Model Management Systems (DMMS) and the strategies of model storage, which are irrelevant to the special environment.
