摘 要:泄漏特性是帘式气囊建模仿真过程中较难获得的重要参数之一。通过对一未折叠的正面安全气囊进行建模仿真和试验对比分析,调试其压力和泄漏率之间的曲线函数,使仿真结果的压力曲线逼近试验曲线。将所得到的泄漏特性用于帘式气囊的静态、动态起爆仿真中,由仿真结果和试验结果比较可知,利用该方法获得的泄漏特性准确有效,为帘式气囊系统的开发及优化设计提供了灵敏的特性参数。The leakage characteristic is one of important parameters which is difficult to obtain in the process of modeling and simulation on curtain airbag systems.Simulation and test on a front airbag which is not folded are made,and pressure curves of simulation results approach the tests curves by adjusting curve function between pressure and leakage ratio.The leakage characteristic is used to simulate static and dynamic explosion of curtain airbag,it is indicated from the comparison between the simulation and test results that the leakage characteristic obtained through this method is accurate and effective,and which provides sensitive characteristic parameters for the development and design of curtain airbag systems.
