摘　　要：人口素质问题已经成为制约我国农村剩余劳动力进一步转移的重要影响因素。文章通过对已经进入城镇完成转移的农村人口和仍留在农村尚未完成转移的农村人口的对比研究,指出文化知识、职业技能以及观念态度等社会素质是影响农村剩余劳动力转移的重要因素,在此基础上,就如何提高农民素质问题提出了相应的对策思路。This paper points out that the population quality problem has become an important factor which confines the transfer of the rural surplus labor. By comparative analysis between those people who have finished transfer into the urban area and those who are still in the rural area, we find out that social qualities such as knowledge, professional skill, and attitude play an important role in the transfer of rural surplus labor. Based on this, we put forward the countermeasures how to improve the quality of labor force in rural area.
