摘 要:目的:探讨创伤性脑损伤早期应用高渗盐水(HTS),对继发性脑损害的作用和影响。方法:采用Feeney自由落体损伤兔模型,于伤后早期(伤后3小时)按实验分组不同,经兔耳缘静脉给以不同剂量的7.5%高渗盐水及生理盐水。实验动物于伤后6小时处死,通过比较几组实验动物创伤区域白细胞计数,来说明高渗盐水对继发性脑损害的影响。结果:创伤区域白细胞计数:HTS组的创伤区域的白细胞数较生理盐水组明显减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05);其中4 ml/kg组与6 ml/kg组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);而二者均较2 ml/kg组低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与正常组及假手术组比较则明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:高渗盐水具有抑制创伤区域白细胞聚集的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of early administration of HTS on secondary brain lesion in the treatment of traumatic brain injury,so as to provide a theoretical basis for this therapy.Methods:The lesion model of rabbit was induced by the mode of Feeney's freely falling body.Then these animals were divided into 6 groups according to the experimental condition and immediately received intravenously different dosages of either HIS or normal saline.All animals were killed in 6 hours after injury,the leukocyte counts in the traumatic area in 6 groups were compared,so as to show the effect of HIS on secondary brain lesion.Results:The leukocyte count in the traumatic area showed that it was significant decreased compared with that in 0.9% saline group, with a significant difference between them (P〈0.05);in which,there was significant difference in leukocyte count between 4 ml/kg group and 6 ml group,but both in two groups were lower than that in 2 ml/kg group,with significant difference (P〈0.05);it was obviously increased compared with that in the normal or pseudoperative group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:HTS possesses the prohibitory leukocyte aggregation in traumatic areas.
