摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,以信任、互惠规范和关系网络等形式存在的社会资本是促进社会良性发展的一种积极因素,它在建设社会主义新农村中起着不可或缺的作用。社会资本所蕴涵的参与网络有利于新农村管理民主的实现;信任社会资本能够促进新农村的农民合作与生产发展;互惠规范这种社会资本可以促进新农村的团结互助和乡风文明的发展,从社会资本的角度重新认识新农村建设具有现实意义。To build the new socialist countryside is the very important plan in China＇ s economy construction, the social capital,which exist in the form of believe, rule and relationship net, is an active factor in improving social development. The social capital is very important to rural cooperation, economy development and profit increasing. To standardize this social capital can promote thedevelopment of new socialist countryside＇s culture; and realize the practical meaning of the construction of socialist new countryside from the view of social capital.
